  • We prepare and manage resource consent applications for a wide range of activities. Our services include preparing assessments of environmental effects, coordination of technical specialists, and liaison with councils throughout the consenting process.

  • We assist requiring authorities and infrastructure providers with Notices of Requirement and Outline Plans. Our experience includes preparing documentation, managing statutory processes, and helping projects progress efficiently.

  • We provide expert planning services for private plan changes, district and regional plan reviews, and submissions on proposed plans. We help clients understand planning proposals, assess potential implications, and effectively participate in planning processes.

  • We assist clients with implementing consent conditions and meeting ongoing compliance obligations. This includes monitoring requirements, management plans, reporting, and liaison with Councils.

  • We facilitate meaningful engagement with mana whenua, affected parties, and key stakeholders. Our approach focuses on building constructive relationships, understanding perspectives early, and supporting positive project outcomes.
